OCI-Lob->truncate -- Truncates large object

truncate ( [int length] )
}
If parameter length is given,
OCI-Lob->truncate() truncates large object to
length bytes. Otherwise,
OCI-Lob->truncate() will purge the LOB completely.
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
